Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced pharmacy-related challenges, including medication adherence concerns and Star Ratings performance issues.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for technical and operational support on the EQUIPP® platform.
- Partner with pharmacies, health plans, and care providers to enhance clinical and operational quality metrics.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and monitor support KPIs to guide service improvements.
- Lead client training sessions, assist with onboarding processes, and help develop support documentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve recurring issues and refine platform capabilities.
- Assist in generating quality reports and advancing value-based care programs.
