Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of complex integrations and AI agent solutions, serving as the main technical point of contact for 2–4 enterprise clients
- Architect integration systems with strong emphasis on error resilience, retry mechanisms, monitoring, disaster recovery, and secure cross-platform authentication
- Create and deploy autonomous AI workflows that coordinate supply chain activities, covering design, testing, validation, and production rollout
- Execute live AI workflow deployments during customer sessions, including real-time configuration and troubleshooting
- Conduct independent discovery meetings, translating business challenges into viable technical solutions on the spot
- Leverage large language models like Claude and OpenAI throughout the development lifecycle—from gathering specs to coding and testing—with integrated AI support at every phase
- Serve as technical representative in pre-sales discussions, demonstrating system integration capabilities and platform flexibility to prospective clients
- Participate in high-level customer strategy calls, contributing proactive technical insights alongside solutions and sales teams
- Review code for integrations and AI workflows produced by junior engineers, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks prior to release
- Guide and develop junior engineers through collaborative problem-solving, consistent feedback, and ownership of their professional growth
- Recognize recurring integration and workflow patterns and convert them into standardized templates for team-wide reuse
- Accurately assess project scope and effort, committing to and delivering against defined timelines
- Work cross-functionally with implementation, customer success, product, engineering, and solutions teams to ensure seamless delivery outcomes
