  • Develop efficient workflows and production systems that scale across internal and external teams
  • Integrate AI tools—like generative imaging and AI video—into daily operations to boost speed and creativity
  • Collaborate with media and client teams to ensure creative is informed by performance data from day one
  • Present strategic vision and results to leadership, clients, and in new business discussions
  • Manage the department’s financial health—overseeing budgeting, staffing, margins, and revenue targets
  • Champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies that improve output and efficiency

  • Direct experience with P&L oversight, resourcing, and financial planning in a creative department
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and real-world implementation
  • Ability to communicate creative strategy clearly to executives and clients
  • Track record of building trust across creative, media, and leadership teams

Why This Matters

This role is central to how we deliver value. You’ll ensure creative isn’t just executed—it’s strategically positioned as a performance engine. You’ll build systems that last, elevate talent, and embed innovation into everyday work, all while operating within a profitable, scalable model.
