- Produce 20 to 50 or more visual assets weekly across multiple platforms and formats
- Sustain high-quality output while meeting fast production timelines
- Convert marketing objectives into effective, results-oriented creative content
- Create compelling visuals using strong opening hooks and clear messaging
- Emphasize product benefits, social validation, urgency, and clear calls to action
- Refine and improve creative based on performance analytics
- Develop efficient design systems to minimize revisions and streamline workflows
- Reduce reliance on detailed instructions by building intuitive processes
- Design reusable templates for product pages, advertisements, and promotions
- Ensure consistent visual language and structure across all customer channels
- Tailor campaigns for specific platforms including Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and retail environments
- Optimize each asset for its intended platform rather than reusing resized versions
- Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity over time
- Align design across digital, retail, and experiential customer interactions
- Balance data-driven creative with premium brand aesthetics
- Collaborate directly with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
- Lead creative direction independently when project briefs are incomplete
- Identify opportunities for creative testing, improvements, and innovation

- Maintain a high bar for quality while operating at speed
- Translate marketing goals into high-performing creative
- Build assets leveraging: - Strong hooks - Clear, benefit-driven messaging - Social proof - Urgency and CTA hierarchy
- Continuously iterate based on performance data
- Build scalable design systems to reduce: - Revision cycles - Back-and-forth communication - Dependency on detailed briefs
- Develop reusable templates for: - PDPs - Paid ads - Promotional campaigns
- Establish visual and structural consistency across all channels
- Adapt campaigns across: - Shopify - TikTok Shop - Amazon - Retail displays
- Ensure each asset is optimized for its platform—not simply resized
- Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity
- Ensure cohesion across: - Digital - Retail - Experiential touchpoints
- Balance performance-driven creative with premium brand standards
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
- Take ownership of creative direction when briefs are limited
- Proactively identify creative opportunities, gaps, and testing ideas
