Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized processes for managing site contracts across the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements such as site contracts, confidentiality agreements, and client-specific contracts.
- Address and resolve complicated contractual issues involving clients and internal departments.
- Negotiate financial terms and budgets associated with site agreements.
- Advise internal business units on how contract language may impact operations.
- Ensure all contracting activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and established standards.
- Keep study team members informed about the progress of contract discussions and finalization.
- Create, monitor, report on, and oversee metrics related to site contract performance.
- Manage the signing process for agreements and maintain oversight of expiration dates and contractual duties.
- Support the upkeep of contract records and digital repositories, including archiving completed contracts.
- Help develop and roll out procedures to ensure contracts are executed promptly.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to new contracts managers and other staff members.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
