Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate fit
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to refine role requirements
- Provide market insights to improve recruitment approaches
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Use Boolean search techniques to locate passive candidates
- Engage candidates through email, phone, and social platforms
- Represent the organization during career events and outreach
- Stay current on industry hiring trends and competitor landscape
- Collaborate with HR on compliance and documentation
- Support onboarding coordination for accepted offers
- Optimize job descriptions to attract diverse applicants
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel data
