Shape how millions experience streaming content by designing intuitive, user-centered copy across subscription and commerce touchpoints. As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll craft and refine UI language that guides users seamlessly—from onboarding and offers to error messages and transactional flows. Your work will directly influence how clearly and confidently people interact with digital experiences across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Write, edit, and structure interface content—including CTAs, notifications, FAQs, and legal disclosures—that supports usability and aligns with business goals.
- Design adaptable copy systems that maintain clarity and tone across diverse user groups, regions, and devices.
- Partner with product, design, research, engineering, legal, and localization teams to deliver cohesive, scalable content solutions.
- Lead efforts to document voice, tone, and terminology through style guides and reusable content references.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in content implementation between design and development teams.
- Support both rapid content updates and long-term narrative strategy for key product initiatives.
- Advocate for users by ensuring language is inclusive, accessible, and grounded in real-world needs.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as a content designer or UX writer on digital products, with a portfolio showcasing shipped experiences.
- Proven ability to write for complex user flows in e-commerce, subscription platforms, or software interfaces.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and product development lifecycles.
- Experience working in Figma, leading workshops, and presenting content strategy to stakeholders.
- Background collaborating with marketing, legal, and global localization teams—minimum 8 years in related fields.
- Familiarity with content design tools such as Miro, FigJam, Ditto, Frontitude, or AI-assisted platforms like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
- Degree in journalism, writing, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of four days per week in-office. The company reserves the right to adjust in-office expectations as needed. Compensation
Base salary range: $150,000 – $195,000. Additional compensation may include bonus and long-term incentives.
