About the Role

This role leads consumer insights initiatives to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations that directly influence product strategy and innovation. The individual will partner closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure decisions are grounded in qualitative and quantitative research.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end research projects to explore user behaviors and preferences
  • Translate complex consumer data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Collaborate with product teams to align insights with roadmap priorities
  • Identify key consumer trends impacting product development
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders with actionable next steps
  • Develop frameworks for measuring user satisfaction and engagement
  • Guide user testing efforts during product development cycles
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Inform positioning and messaging through consumer perspective
  • Partner with data science to integrate behavioral analytics with research
  • Establish best practices for research ethics and participant inclusion
  • Manage external research vendors when needed
  • Ensure insights are accessible and archived for cross-functional use
  • Drive continuous learning within teams through workshops and reports
  • Anticipate future user needs through foresight and trend analysis
  • Support international market expansion with localized research
  • Evaluate product concepts and prototypes using consumer feedback
  • Monitor long-term shifts in user expectations and adoption patterns
  • Balance speed of execution with methodological rigor
