Responsibilities
- Lead life sciences clients through fast-paced setup of Vault Safety environments
- Deliver expert knowledge in drug safety and pharmacovigilance to support client teams and projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for client coordination, aligning project teams, clients, and internal groups
- Evaluate client needs and assist in shaping the solution design and system architecture for Vault Safety
- Apply critical thinking to business requirements to guide effective solutions that support user adoption and align processes with system capabilities
- Collaborate with clients on system design activities including requirements collection, configuration, validation, data migration, integration, and training
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, implementing necessary configuration updates
- Develop client deployment strategies, performance metrics, and governance frameworks for post-launch operations
- Bridge communication between implementation, support, client stakeholders, and internal product teams
- Support clients in adopting Vault solutions and industry best practices through post-implementation success initiatives
- Lead change management efforts for clients transitioning from on-premise to SaaS platforms
- Coach and guide junior consultants and project team members
