Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of analytics initiatives supporting pharmaceutical and life sciences commercial operations
- Oversee patient analytics projects, from standard executions to developing novel solutions using emerging data sets for disease-specific challenges
- Serve as an expert in patient-focused strategies, delivering innovative and actionable insights through collaborative problem solving
- Lead cross-functional project teams on patient solution initiatives with a global footprint
- Convert client business objectives into defined project tasks, managing scope, design, execution, and communication
- Collaborate with U.S.-based managers, senior experts, and international consultants to produce high-quality, impactful deliverables
- Define project timelines and priorities, identify risks early, and develop proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure analytical rigor and methodological completeness throughout project lifecycles
- Co-manage client relationships, delivering results independently while aligning with client and internal expectations
- Design solutions for complex commercial challenges in patient solutions using advanced analytics and strategic insight
- Apply structured, data-driven thinking to diagnose issues, interpret findings, and recommend viable solutions
- Support organizational growth by contributing to capability development, standardization, and reusable frameworks for patient analytics
- Create and maintain knowledge resources, training materials, and templates to enhance team capabilities
- Assist in business development through proposal creation, case study development, and capability demonstrations
- Coach team members on analytical techniques, relevant data sources, and real-world commercial applications
- Guide junior staff through structured training and hands-on project support
- Inspire and develop team members to become skilled consultants and future leaders
