Medtronic is hiring a Senior Consultant Integrated Health Solutions

Drive meaningful change in healthcare delivery by joining a global team dedicated to advancing access, equity, and innovation in medicine. As a Senior Consultant in Integrated Health Solutions, you will partner with hospitals, clinics, and payers across Morocco and the broader MENA region to identify opportunities for improvement in patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client teams, adapting to organizational cultures to enhance collaboration and impact
  • Lead consulting workstreams independently, managing timelines, stakeholder input, and deliverables with minimal oversight
  • Develop clear, audience-appropriate communications to present insights and recommendations
  • Identify, design, and implement new solutions that reduce care delivery costs and improve health outcomes
  • Coach team members from both client and internal teams, offering constructive feedback and supporting professional growth
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with senior advisors to ensure project success

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. International education is valued. Fluency in both French and Arabic is required, with strong preference for English proficiency.

Professional experience should include 3–5 years in consulting or advisory roles within healthcare, with direct engagement in Moroccan public or private healthcare institutions. Familiarity with hospital leadership structures and decision-making processes is essential.

Proven project management skills are expected, including planning, risk assessment, data interpretation, and delivery of measurable results. A solid grasp of healthcare strategy and commercial operations in Morocco is critical to success.

Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is considered an asset, as are additional language capabilities.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a significant travel component—approximately 75% of time spent on-site with clients across Morocco and occasionally within the MENA region. Work is balanced between remote assignments and on-location engagements, depending on project needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible benefits package
  • Short-term incentive through the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP)
  • Support for ongoing professional and personal development
