Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and similar rapid development platforms, incorporating custom interactions, variables, triggers, branching logic, and accessible design standards, with reliable SCORM/xAPI publishing for delivery through Workday Learning and other learning management systems.
- Create learning videos from concept to completion, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, recording, video editing, motion graphics, voiceover synchronization, and captioning.
- Design branded visual materials such as icons, infographics, illustrations, presentation slides, and user interface components that align with brand guidelines and enhance learner comprehension.
- Apply core instructional design concepts and adult learning theory to structure content effectively, ensuring appropriate pacing, interactivity, and assessment strategies.
- Independently manage project tasks, tracking scope, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder feedback across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, program leads, and localization teams to align expectations and transform learning goals into effective digital learning solutions.
- Prepare source files, assets, and scripts for translation and support multilingual localization processes, reviewing final versions for accuracy, layout, and quality.
- Provide informal guidance and skill development to junior team members by offering feedback, demonstrating best practices, and promoting high standards in design and production.
- Help establish and maintain team-wide standards by creating and updating templates, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Use learner feedback and performance data to refine and improve content for better clarity, engagement, and learning impact.
