Responsibilities
- Serve as a principal technical contributor on complex initiatives, applying advanced engineering expertise and independent judgment within your domain.
- Assume full accountability for deliverables, maintaining rigorous standards in quality, security, and system performance.
- Work closely with internal and client teams to align on objectives and achieve shared project outcomes.
- Implement current DevOps methodologies to architect, develop, and enhance cloud-based solutions that maximize platform value.
- Participate actively across the entire project lifecycle, from shaping requirements and guiding design to deploying systems and reporting results to diverse audiences.
- Offer technical guidance and on-the-job mentorship to junior engineers to strengthen team capabilities.
- Support pre-sales efforts when not engaged with clients, including evaluating technical needs, assisting bid teams, and shaping persuasive proposals.
- Collaborate with internal digital competencies to exchange knowledge, improve delivery methods, and grow professional expertise.
