Responsibilities
- Interpret business needs into technical specifications and guide teams in building data warehouse and reporting platforms that address key business challenges
- Assess and help refine ETL workflows and database performance to improve system speed and reliability
- Collaborate with project leads to outline project boundaries and methodologies, including root cause analysis and hypothesis formulation
- Analyze data insights, form actionable suggestions, and present findings to both clients and internal groups
- Break down intricate ideas into clear, accessible models and presentations for diverse audiences
- Support oversight of project schedules, financials, and objectives while maintaining strong communication across team members and stakeholders
- Take ownership of data warehouse deployment tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating with onshore or client teams, leading meetings, preparing agendas, tracking timelines, and serving as a primary point of contact
- Track project advancement, identify potential risks, and keep key stakeholders updated on status and deliverables
- Help support leadership functions such as team engagement, recruitment, training, mentorship, coaching, and participation in internal programs
- Partner with leadership on business unit efforts including process enhancements and innovation projects
- Handle multiple assignments concurrently while adhering to deadlines
