Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
- Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines, while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
- Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teams.
- Independently manage projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversight.
- Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
- Coordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, overseeing their professional development and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
- Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI)
