Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in creating high-quality client deliverables through structured project design and execution.
- Advise on project strategy, resource allocation, and scheduling while managing core data analytics functions for internal and client-facing teams.
- Partner with senior leaders to establish project goals, methodologies, and development plans.
- Evaluate datasets, interpret outcomes, and generate practical insights, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders across teams.
- Independently oversee project lifecycles, including client interaction, meeting coordination, and timeline adherence, with limited supervision.
- Improve data workflows and reporting efficiency through process refinement and programming as needed.
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective project delivery.
- Support business growth through participation in business development and firm-wide strategic initiatives.
- Coach and support junior staff, fostering skill development, innovation, and performance excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of four years of professional experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
- High level of competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills, along with Word and PowerPoint.
- Solid grasp of commercial operations in pharmaceuticals, including areas such as data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and business intelligence or reporting.
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities, with a track record of resolving intricate business problems.
- Superior written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven organizational, time management, and project leadership skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt rapidly, and perform efficiently in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA, and familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of established best practices in pharmaceutical data analytics.
