Responsibilities
- Lead the development and oversight of strategic plans for designated service lines.
- Evaluate, study, and execute strategic projects, initiatives, and growth opportunities.
- Manage intricate programs aligned with organizational goals and long-term objectives.
- Propose financial and non-financial strategic options to support decision-making.
- Support and independently drive the execution of initiatives, including project coordination, facilitation, and operational planning.
- Monitor and assess progress toward strategic goals, identifying and tracking key issues and outcomes.
- Develop and present communications for executive leadership, board members, operations teams, and strategic planning groups.
- Perform financial modeling and create implementable strategies to improve service delivery.
- Design and deliver tailored communication strategies for varied audiences, including leadership and operational units.
- Train operational vice presidents and directors on business development methodologies to strengthen capabilities beyond strategic and business development.
