Responsibilities
- Lead initial client discussions to identify reporting needs and objectives
- Collaborate with clients to assess Power BI licensing options and clarify benefits and constraints of each tier
- Design efficient star schema data models optimized for Power BI, incorporating accurate calculated columns and measures
- Develop comprehensive Power BI solutions by integrating data from diverse sources, constructing reports and dashboards, and implementing DAX expressions and source query logic
- Support clients in deploying Power BI assets to the Power BI service using Gateways, DirectQuery, DataFlows, and managing data refresh configurations
