As the Senior Construction Superintendent, you'll be responsible for directing all phases of construction activity, ensuring work aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations, providing administrative and technical leadership across single or multi-discipline project sites.
- Act as the main point of contact for client representatives on site, managing communication and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Ensure all work meets quality benchmarks, stays within budget, and progresses according to schedule.
- Collaborate closely with field staff, project managers, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless project flow and resolve on-site challenges.
- Monitor compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols across assigned areas of responsibility.
Work Environment
