- Lead multiple workplace fit-out and tenant improvement (TI) initiatives from start to finish

- Oversee project schedule, financial performance, and risk management
- Collaborate closely with strategy, design, and construction professionals
- Support and guide project delivery teams through mentorship
- Contribute to launching and expanding operations in Austin
