About the Role

This role involves leading a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering financial products, and ensuring long-term satisfaction through expert guidance and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial finance clients
  • Deliver tailored financial solutions based on client needs
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to assess evolving requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently
  • Prepare and present financial proposals and reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all client interactions
  • Drive renewal and upsell initiatives within existing accounts
  • Act as primary point of contact for key client stakeholders
  • Track and report on key account metrics and KPIs
  • Support onboarding of new clients into financial programs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and market trends
  • Participate in strategy sessions for client growth planning
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management when required
  • Ensure accurate documentation in client management systems
  • Adhere to risk and credit policies during client engagements
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client insights
  • Contribute to process improvements in account management workflows
  • Support training initiatives for junior team members
  • Maintain confidentiality of client financial information
  • Stay aligned with company goals for client retention and satisfaction
  • Attend client meetings and industry events as needed
  • Promote a client-first culture within the team
