Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and drafting of customer and vendor contracts

- Support sales teams through legal guidance on deal structures
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy development
- Review and update standard contract templates
- Provide input on intellectual property and data privacy matters
- Assist in due diligence for partnerships and vendor onboarding
- Monitor changes in relevant legal frameworks
- Escalate complex legal issues when appropriate

- Train business units on contractual best practices
- Contribute to process improvements in legal operations
- Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards
- Respond to legal inquiries from internal stakeholders
