Responsibilities
- Design and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Work closely with development, analytics, and operations teams to enable efficient application deployment and system architecture.
- Oversee daily cloud operations with a focus on monitoring, automation, logging, and system performance optimization.
- Create and update infrastructure-as-code templates and integrate security into DevOps pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Terraform.
- Conduct regular backup procedures, disaster recovery testing, and ensure reliable data restoration processes.
- Assist in resolving critical production incidents and support problem management activities.
- Help develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures, cost controls, and engineering best practices.
- Be available for on-call support during non-business hours when critical system issues arise, with time off provided in return.
