Responsibilities
- Lead business expansion by executing strategic initiatives that strengthen client relationships and increase revenue.
- Design and implement plans to achieve at least 20% annual revenue growth or as mutually defined within the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with a Business Development Manager to manage and grow sales pipelines in line with market-entry strategies.
- Use industry insight to uncover and act on unexploited opportunities within current client accounts.
- Spend more than half of time focused on developing new business and deepening relationships within existing clients, including involvement in marketing efforts.
- Utilize professional connections to create new business avenues within established client organizations.
- Establish credibility and trusted relationships with top-level decision-makers across business, technology, sales, and marketing functions.
- Maintain regular in-person engagement with clients to deeply understand their objectives and challenges.
- Take full ownership of revenue forecasting and achieving financial delivery targets.
- Assign delivery tasks to appropriate Delivery Managers while retaining oversight and accountability.
- For established accounts, continuously identify new opportunities to offset potential declines in activity.
- Provide accurate financial projections and update forecasts as needed.
- Proactively identify, assess, and address business risks, including leadership transition planning.
- Manage profit and loss with responsibility for meeting financial benchmarks such as budget, order book, revenue, margin, and KPIs.
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies using the Client Growth Model, aligned with client business goals and renewal timelines.
- Promote innovation in solution design, commercial models, and market positioning across the portfolio.
- Strengthen sector-specific knowledge and professional qualifications to improve client service delivery.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate key strategic initiatives and operational processes within client accounts to support long-term goals.
- Encourage a high-performance culture centered on continuous learning and improvement within the team.
