Responsibilities
- Support strategic direction for multiple product categories in Austria by aligning company and country objectives with actionable category plans and implementing adjustments when performance falls short.
- Partner with Controlling, Country Management, and the broader leadership team during annual planning and forecasting, offering market intelligence and data-backed insights to strengthen financial accuracy.
- Advance assortment planning and product onboarding strategies, including bundled offerings, to boost average order value, margin contribution, and market presence.
- Serve as a key liaison between cross-functional departments such as Pricing, Procurement, CRO, Marketplace, CRM, and Country Management to ensure cohesive project execution and strategic alignment.
- Manage and mentor a team of three Category Managers, promoting professional growth and implementing efficient, scalable operational practices.
