Responsibilities
- Design and manage robust automation and agent workflows using Salesforce Flow, NetSuite, Claude, Slack, Linear, and Notion, overseeing each phase from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Maintain high data accuracy in core systems by managing deduplication, record ownership, field validation, and the reliability of revenue and pipeline reporting.
- Ensure all automated processes adhere to HIPAA regulations and internal data policies, with privacy and governance built into system design from the start.
- Implement structured change management practices, including sandbox testing, documented change logs, release validation, rollback strategies, and version control for full auditability.
- Manage daily administration of Salesforce and NetSuite, including user access, roles, permissions, data models, layouts, automation rules, and reporting tools.
- Develop and sustain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Linear to ensure consistent and accurate data flow for opportunities, orders, invoices, and revenue.
- Collaborate with teams across RevOps, Finance, Sales, Support, Marketing, Implementation, TechOps, Product, Design, and Engineering to prioritize automation opportunities and align on a unified roadmap.
- Advise internal teams on system architecture and AI automation strategy, guiding decisions on when to automate, when to improve processes manually, and when configuration is preferable to coding.
- Develop and test reliable prompts and agent setups for AI workflows powered by Claude, ensuring consistent and safe behavior in production environments.
- Create clear, maintainable documentation and operational guides so systems are transparent and accessible to future administrators and developers.
- Train and empower cross-functional team members to use business systems and AI tools effectively, fostering self-sufficiency and broad adoption through coaching and support.
- Assess new technologies, optimize current tools, and lead decisions on platform expansion as the tech stack evolves.
- Measure and report the tangible outcomes of automation efforts, including time savings, error reduction, process efficiency, and data quality improvements.
