Drive data-informed strategy as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where your work directly influences how a leading real estate technology platform understands performance and opportunity. You'll tackle ambiguous business challenges by translating them into clear analytical frameworks, delivering insights that guide product development, marketing effectiveness, and operational improvements.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end analysis on high-impact business questions, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across departments.
- Identify, integrate, and structure new data sources—internal and external—to expand analytical capabilities and deepen understanding of user behavior.
- Design and maintain executive-level reporting dashboards that track key metrics, trends, and business outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment across leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Strategy teams to build data-driven tools and features that enhance the experience for real estate professionals and consumers.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of experience solving business problems with data, combining strong technical skills with strategic thinking.
- Advanced fluency in SQL and experience with analytics platforms like Tableau and Databricks.
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences, turning analysis into action.
- Experience working effectively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Preferred Background
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Familiarity with dbt for data transformation workflows.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
- Interest in or experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor AI or Claude Code to enhance productivity.
