About the Role

Shape the future of blockchain data services by leading business development for a cutting-edge RPC and infrastructure solution. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, building trusted relationships with technical and executive decision-makers, and guiding clients through every stage of the sales journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of prospects using both digital and direct outreach strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from initial outreach to contract negotiation and renewal—with a focus on long-term client value.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client success, aligning internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions that address specific client challenges.
  • Partner with marketing to create compelling content and campaigns that accelerate conversion.
  • Refine sales processes to support scalable growth and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems to ensure transparency across the sales funnel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales within blockchain, crypto, or FinTech, with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of RPC infrastructure and developer tools in decentralized ecosystems.
  • Established network in Web3 or financial technology sectors, with the ability to engage C-suite and technical leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong market awareness and the ability to anticipate industry shifts.
  • Skilled in CRM platforms and sales operations, with a disciplined, execution-focused approach.
  • Exceptional communicator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A self-starter eager to grow alongside a high-potential company shaping a new category.
