GetResponse is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

  • owning the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals
  • building and developing your pipeline through targeted outbound activities
  • leading discovery, engaging multiple stakeholders, and understanding business needs
  • driving deals forward in a structured and proactive way
  • creating tailored proposals, leading negotiations, and closing deals (€20K+ ACV)
  • collaborating closely with SDRs, marketing, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • proven track record of closing mid-market / enterprise deals
  • comfortable operating in longer sales cycles
  • speak native French and English at a minimum B2 level
  • take full ownership of pipeline and consistently deliver against targets in a demanding environment
  • comfortable selling complex or technical solutions
  • show strong business acumen and the ability to position value effectively
