Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a digital agency or consulting environment
- Track record of selling complex, multi-year engagements across digital experience, strategy, data, and technology
- Strong network in Germany or Switzerland, ideally including enterprise decision-makers and C-level contacts
- Confidence in leading consultative sales conversations and building compelling business cases
- Experience owning and delivering against multi-million revenue targets
- High level of drive and execution speed, with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in German and English
