Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in major enterprise systems like Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite, along with advancements in artificial intelligence, to create intelligent automation for manual business operations.
- Develop and manage integration frameworks and process orchestration using iPaaS tools, RESTful APIs, and webhook technologies.
- Incorporate generative AI and agentic models into workflow automation to enhance data interpretation, decision routing, and action execution across business functions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define achievable automation and AI initiatives with measurable outcomes and structured implementation roadmaps.
- Investigate, test, and integrate new AI and automation tools, including agent-based architectures and built-in platform AI capabilities, to maintain effective, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
- Regularly evaluate features available in existing enterprise platforms to find opportunities to simplify or eliminate custom-built components by leveraging native functionality.
- Support ethical and compliant AI usage by coordinating with Security, Legal, and IT teams on data governance, access permissions, and risk mitigation strategies.
