Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer communication using both German and English languages
- Provide expert consultation and present Cloud Billing solutions during client meetings
- Assist in preparing responses to tenders in German
- Demonstrate practical skills in data preparation and data analysis tasks
- Configure the Cloud Billing application according to individual client requirements
- Manage interface coordination and conduct systematic testing within complex system integration initiatives
