Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and documentation of business and functional needs for product projects, from initial exploration to final delivery
- Convert business objectives into well-defined user stories, acceptance conditions, and technical specifications prepared for agile development cycles
- Partner with engineering teams during backlog reviews, sprint preparation, and implementation to maintain mutual understanding and practical execution paths
- Analyze APIs, system integrations, and data movement, identifying how components communicate and where limitations may occur
- Serve as a liaison among product, technical, and business groups to maintain alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Question existing assumptions and recommend improved approaches, weighing business impact, technical practicality, and long-term scalability
- Assist in shaping solution designs by verifying requirements against current system architecture and software development workflows
- Help refine product discovery methods, requirement standards, and delivery procedures for ongoing improvement
- Track critical product performance indicators and leverage data insights to suggest enhancements to both processes and product features
