As the Senior Blockchain Technical Lead, you will be responsible for evaluating and integrating blockchain platforms, smart contract systems, and distributed ledger technologies to support next-generation financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical assessments of blockchain infrastructure and smart contract platforms
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align technology with strategic objectives
- Design and develop secure, scalable solutions for digital asset custody, wallet systems, and key management
- Guide the integration of blockchain tools using JSON-RPC APIs and Web3 libraries such as web3.js and ethers.js
- Perform technical due diligence on emerging blockchain technologies and third-party vendors
- Advise on smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or equivalent languages
- Support the deployment of robust, production-grade blockchain integrations in a regulated environment
Qualifications
Candidates should bring extensive experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with a focus on blockchain or Web3 infrastructure. Demonstrated expertise in distributed ledger technologies, smart contract platforms, and blockchain protocols is essential. Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or similar languages, along with hands-on experience using Web3 tooling, is required.
Successful applicants will have a history of delivering complex technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic insight, and the capacity to operate effectively in fast-moving environments are critical. Prior exposure to financial services or product development in a regulated context is an advantage.
Work Environment
This role operates on-site, with a requirement to work in-office for at least four full days per week. The position offers a hybrid schedule and supports professional growth through ongoing development opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $180,000–$200,000 per year (New York City)
