Responsibilities
- Define technology implementation strategies based on project scope and team planning.
- Create, deploy, and update BIM Execution Plans for project alignment.
- Produce BIM documentation and uphold workflow process consistency.
- Oversee proper closure and documentation of project deliverables.
- Train and assist project teams to maintain modeling standards.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and deliver training programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and trade partners.
- Guide and develop BIM Specialists at all levels.
- Configure and administer Common Data Environments, including access controls for design platforms.
- Establish or assign building models and templates according to organizational or client requirements.
- Enforce cross-disciplinary clash detection and resolution protocols.
- Conduct regular model audits and assess model health across projects.
- Coordinate collaboration among multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Design automated workflows and data extraction methods to minimize manual effort.
- Explore emerging tools, software, and process improvements.
- Evaluate and roll out software updates and patches.
- Build and maintain automated scripts and tools, including library enhancements.
- Apply artificial intelligence and digital solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Execute advanced modeling and design functions within Revit and related platforms.
- Set up and manage precise project coordinate systems.
- Ensure seamless data exchange between design and engineering analysis tools.
- Work with teams to integrate design models with simulation and analysis platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues while assessing new workflows.
- Maintain and organize model content libraries and template assets.
- Develop custom Revit families as needed.
