AECOM is hiring a Senior BIM Manager, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.)

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and direction to assigned project BIM Managers across U.S. Data Center Projects.
  • Upholding AECOM and client standards across U.S. Data Center Projects.
  • Overseeing the creation and management of BIM models for ACS and MEP systems for data center projects.
  • Maintaining BIM data formats, templates, libraries, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with project standards.
  • Acting as point of escalation for project BIM issues and ensuring client BIM requests are properly evaluated and estimates level of effort.
  • Overseeing BIM data integrity, ensure adherence to client requirements, and drive continuous improvement across digital workflows.
  • Serving as Technical Quality Reviewer for BIM deliverables for U.S. Data Center Projects.
  • Performing complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting with at least 3 years of experience in BIM management for complex building types or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Data Center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with data center design criteria and industry standards
