Hireframe is looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to own and execute the billing process for our remote-first company. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, financial reconciliation, and reporting, collaborating closely with teams across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Generate and review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile billing data with financial records and manage the full billing cycle.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
- Maintain and update billing systems and prepare regular billing reports.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including A/R and bad debt.
- Assist in audits related to billing and financial reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements to billing processes.
- Work closely with finance, rev ops, sales, and customer service teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries.
- Follow up with customers weekly to ensure timely invoice processing.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in billing or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex billing data.
- Proficiency in billing software and financial systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
