Responsibilities
- Work closely with squad members and Staff Engineer.
- Participate in bi-monthly rituals with the group and Backend Chapter to share learnings and align technical direction.
- Ensure seamless transition from monolith to distributed architecture with zero downtime and no revenue loss.
- Reduce complexity while increasing adaptability of the codebase for new country openings.
- Guarantee high performance and reliability of production environments.
- Build, launch, monitor, and support owned products in a 'build it and run it' environment.
- Produce clean, consistent, and well-organized code.
- Support colleagues and foster a learning and sharing environment.
Requirements
- Passion for creating systems with clean, consistent, and well-organized code.

- Fluent English (required due to international team across US/FR/ES/JP).
