Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy code execution capabilities for an intelligent assistant that dynamically generates code when it provides better results than static responses, starting with on-the-fly data visualizations and expanding to custom tools and external API integrations.
- Design and implement evaluation and observability systems to measure agent performance, using tools like LangFuse and internal platforms to ensure improvements are measurable before deployment.
- Advance backend-driven user interface generation, where the system determines optimal data presentation formats such as tables, charts, or widgets, enabling users to create custom reports dynamically.
- Lead the development of event-triggered agents that respond in real time to CRM activity, such as drafting email replies based on context and knowledge sources, with user approval workflows.
- Integrate deterministic workflow logic with non-deterministic AI steps to ensure reliable execution of critical sales processes while leveraging intelligent automation where appropriate.
- Manage edge cases to maintain agent reliability, including handling interruptions due to resource limits, ensuring proper pause and recovery mechanisms, and preventing delayed or duplicate actions.
- Evaluate and route tasks to appropriate AI models based on cost and capability, ensuring efficient use of resources by avoiding high-cost models for simple tasks like summarization.
