Truelogic Software is looking for a Senior Back-end Engineer for a project-based engagement from mid-August to the end of October. You will execute development across web and app product environments while serving as a technical consultant to the team and client.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain back-end systems using Django and Wagtail CMS.
- Integrate APIs, data sources, and third-party services into custom solutions.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and front-end teams to translate project requirements into scalable technical implementations.
- Provide insight into technical possibilities and constraints during planning phases.
- Ensure digital products meet accessibility standards and perform reliably across environments.
- Maintain clear documentation, proactive communication, and consistent ticketing practices.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in performance, security, and emerging web technologies.
- Lead and mentor junior developers when applicable.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in back-end development.
- Fluency in Wagtail/Django, both with and without frameworks.
