RUM Group Inc. is hiring a Senior Back-End Developer

Responsibilities

Design and enhance scalable server-side systems for a high-traffic video platform, prioritizing performance, maintainability, and long-term stability.
Develop APIs, refine MySQL database structures and queries, apply caching solutions using Memcached and Redis, and manage background processing tasks at scale.
Update and refactor existing legacy code to improve functionality and support future development.
Connect front-end components with backend services to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Help shape technical strategy through code reviews, reusable design patterns, and informed architectural decisions.
