Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive audit and attestation tasks following professional guidelines such as GAAS and SSARS.
- Prepare, examine, and verify financial statements, workpapers, and related documentation.
- Interact directly with clients to collect data, clarify results, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Recognize accounting and auditing concerns and work with management to resolve them effectively.
- Support planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities for audit engagements.
- Offer direction and coaching to entry-level team members during project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards pertinent to client sectors.
Compensation
Competitive salary of $75,000-$105,000 per year based on experience; includes health, dental, and vision insurance with employee-only premium coverage options, company-paid life and long-term disability insurance, supplemental life and short-term disability benefits, a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan with employer contributions, and access to professional development platforms like Becker and LinkedIn Learning.
