WPP Media is hiring a Senior Audience Planner/Data and Insights Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill all data needs essential for strategic planning and insight generation.
  • Research media consumption behaviors across diverse markets and audience segments.
  • Adapt and implement regional or global data tools and solutions to local contexts.
  • Develop internal expertise in data strategy, analytics, and data-driven product development.
  • Lead innovation efforts and introduce emerging technologies relevant to client objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing thought leadership through contributions such as white papers, speaking engagements, trend analyses, and award evaluations.
  • Lead the creation and execution of audience strategies, promoting audience-centric planning within strategy teams through consultative use of data and technology.
  • Integrate first, second, third-party, and research data from online and offline sources to form comprehensive customer profiles.
  • Leverage available technologies to enable audience-focused planning, targeting, buying, measurement, and optimization.
  • Design strategic audience segmentation models to support personalized omnichannel experiences.
  • Develop audience targeting plans aligned with campaign objectives, conduct insight analysis, partner with data providers to build custom audiences, and coordinate with media partners to set up, test, and verify audience delivery across channels.
  • Oversee the complete cycle of audience planning, activation, and performance measurement for clients or campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign performance by audience segment and recommend optimizations.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the data landscape, including third-party providers, publisher relationships, and internal network capabilities.
  • Promote the use of data and technology platforms, ensuring global teams are aligned with local market demands.
  • Engage in data strategy discussions to help clients and partners explore novel data integrations and pilot initiatives.
  • Support closing the measurement gap to enhance campaign incrementality by collaborating with specialized teams when necessary.
