Position Overview
A well-established family law practice is seeking a Senior Attorney to manage complex legal matters in Seattle, Bellevue, or Everett. This role offers meaningful client engagement and courtroom responsibility, supported by a sustainable workload model and modern tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cases involving divorce, child custody, and financial support for individuals and families
- Maintain direct communication with clients to understand needs and guide them through legal processes
- Prepare and review legal filings, motions, and agreements with precision
- Represent clients during depositions, court hearings, and mediation sessions
- Balance multiple active cases while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high accuracy
- Collaborate with legal colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a broad range of family law matters, including contested and uncontested cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing contexts
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with legal documentation, discovery, and courtroom procedure

Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $175,000 to $285,880, with potential adjustments based on experience, location, performance, and collections. Includes a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation support.
