Senior Associate, Technical Account Manager (TAM)
This role is the technical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration and performance within a complex digital advertising environment. You will diagnose and resolve technical challenges, interpret client needs, and communicate solutions effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for integrated clients and internal stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing practical fixes
- Respond to client inquiries about platform functionality, data discrepancies, and integration performance
- Escalate complex technical problems to engineering or product teams when required
- Deliver detailed technical updates to clients and align internal departments on client-specific developments
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Support teams to ensure client success
- Support high-priority clients with dedicated technical guidance post onboarding
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical client-facing or account management role
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis workflows
- Familiarity with ad serving technologies, web analytics tools, and tag implementation
- Experience working with APIs and SDKs in production environments
- Understanding of programmatic advertising, publisher workflows, and ad tech infrastructure
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and think critically about technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience supporting clients in digital advertising or third-party tech platforms
Technical Environment
JS, SQL, HTML, RESTful APIs, SDKs, web traffic analysis platforms, ad tags, and publisher ad server integrations.
Work Location
This position is based in Taiwan and operates in a local-country work model.
