About the Role

Shape strategic execution in a fast-moving global environment. As a Senior Associate on the Strategic Planning team, you'll bridge high-level strategy with on-the-ground operations across North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Your work will ensure that long-term plans translate into practical, market-specific actions that support growth, efficiency, and local adaptability.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert strategic initiatives into executable plans tailored to regional needs, balancing global standards with local realities in AMER and APAC markets
  • Lead coordination across supply chain, logistics, finance, and operations teams to support smooth resource allocation during market launches, expansions, and peak periods
  • Partner with finance and operations to inform annual planning and budgeting cycles, ensuring resources are directed where they deliver the most impact
  • Respond to real-time operational inquiries, identify bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary
  • Build analytical models and tools that guide decision-making, using performance data to improve allocation strategies
  • Design dashboards and reporting systems that increase transparency and empower local teams to make informed planning choices
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements in planning processes to support scalability and long-term operational effectiveness
  • Support a culture of safety, inclusion, and innovation—ensuring teams have the tools and environment to experiment and succeed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management roles with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of strategic goals
  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly explain data-driven insights and align stakeholders across departments and levels
  • Empathetic collaboration style: listens well, understands team constraints, and designs practical, scalable solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required; experience with SQL and dashboard tools is a plus
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments, taking initiative, and driving progress independently
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or experience in high-growth environments is preferred
  • Ability to work across time zones, with occasional flexibility needed to align with teams in AMER, APAC, and EU regions

Our Commitment to You

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; company-paid life and disability insurance; mental health support; and a 401(k) with both pre-tax and Roth options. You’ll also have access to a Health Savings Account with company contributions, generous paid parental leave, fertility benefits, and unlimited vacation. We support continuous growth through dedicated learning days and perks like One Medical, Wellhub, and Headspace.
