Shape strategic execution in a fast-moving global environment. As a Senior Associate on the Strategic Planning team, you'll bridge high-level strategy with on-the-ground operations across North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Your work will ensure that long-term plans translate into practical, market-specific actions that support growth, efficiency, and local adaptability.
What You’ll Do
- Convert strategic initiatives into executable plans tailored to regional needs, balancing global standards with local realities in AMER and APAC markets
- Lead coordination across supply chain, logistics, finance, and operations teams to support smooth resource allocation during market launches, expansions, and peak periods
- Partner with finance and operations to inform annual planning and budgeting cycles, ensuring resources are directed where they deliver the most impact
- Respond to real-time operational inquiries, identify bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary
- Build analytical models and tools that guide decision-making, using performance data to improve allocation strategies
- Design dashboards and reporting systems that increase transparency and empower local teams to make informed planning choices
- Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements in planning processes to support scalability and long-term operational effectiveness
- Support a culture of safety, inclusion, and innovation—ensuring teams have the tools and environment to experiment and succeed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or project management roles with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of strategic goals
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly explain data-driven insights and align stakeholders across departments and levels
- Empathetic collaboration style: listens well, understands team constraints, and designs practical, scalable solutions
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required; experience with SQL and dashboard tools is a plus
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments, taking initiative, and driving progress independently
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or experience in high-growth environments is preferred
- Ability to work across time zones, with occasional flexibility needed to align with teams in AMER, APAC, and EU regions
