About the Role
This role involves collaborating across engineering, service, and product teams to ensure technical accuracy, product compliance, and effective knowledge transfer throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support product development initiatives from concept through launch
- Maintain and update technical documentation for service and operations
- Assist in troubleshooting product performance issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret design specifications
- Ensure compliance with regional and international standards
- Provide technical input for product training materials
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer technical inquiries
- Track and report on product-related service metrics
- Participate in product improvement and field issue resolution
- Assist in the validation of product updates and modifications
- Coordinate with global teams on technical service bulletins
- Support certification and regulatory documentation processes
- Manage product data within enterprise systems
- Contribute to root cause analysis for field failures
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain product configuration records
- Assist in warranty claim evaluations with technical insights
- Support aftermarket product service programs
- Monitor emerging technical trends relevant to product lines
- Ensure consistency in technical messaging across platforms
