Roles & Responsibilities: - Construct and refine Anaplan models, including comprehensive model development, validation, calculation structures, dashboard creation, security management, and performance optimization - Collaborate closely with architectural teams and product owners to prioritize application strategies - Lead independent engagement with key business stakeholders - Facilitate user enablement and training to promote organizational self-sufficiency - Proactively identify architectural improvement opportunities for enhanced innovation and efficiency - Maintain software development lifecycle documentation utilizing Agile collaboration tools - Continuously drive architectural enhancements through strategic innovation identification Basic Qualifications and Experience: - Master's/Bachelor's degree with 5-9 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines Functional Skills: Must-Have Skills: - Proven experience implementing planning solutions in Anaplan or comparable Enterprise Performance Management platforms - Demonstrated proficiency in cross-functional Agile DevOps environments - Strong learning adaptability and technical comprehension - Exceptional interpersonal communication capabilities - Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills - Tableau experience preferred Good-to-Have Skills: - Sophisticated solution design capabilities - Comprehensive technological and functional understanding - Expertise in developing innovative solutions - Ability to translate complex client requirements Professional Certifications: - Anaplan Level 2 certification - Anaplan Level 3 certification (preferred) - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred) Soft Skills: - Superior critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills - Proven team collaboration awareness - Exceptional presentation capabilities - Strong transformation management experience - High personal initiative and self-motivation - Effective multi-priority management - Robust verbal and written communication skills Shift Information: Position requires flexibility with potential evening or night shift assignments based on organizational requirements.
