Responsibilities
- Monitor and support operational MuleSoft applications and APIs to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve production defects, system errors, and performance issues promptly.
- Respond to system incidents, conduct root cause investigations, and deploy corrective solutions and improvements.
- Carry out routine system maintenance, enhance logging mechanisms, improve alerting systems, and refine error handling.
- Design and develop scalable, reusable API interfaces using MuleSoft, following API-led integration principles.
- Build integration workflows connecting core systems such as Workday (HRIS), SAP (ERP), Fieldglass, and Learning platforms.
- Apply standardized development practices in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio to deliver efficient and reliable integrations.
- Demonstrate strong prototyping abilities by rapidly converting design concepts into functional code.
- Support both client-side and server-side development using cloud-based technologies.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and adherence to established engineering standards.
- Keep current with emerging technologies and industry trends, including advancements in artificial intelligence.
- Create and execute unit and integration tests, along with other testing approaches, to ensure software integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver software on schedule.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, code implementations, and development procedures.
