NTT DATA is looking for a Senior Associate Internal IT Project Manager to drive the delivery of information technology projects. In this developing subject matter expert role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of standard projects, ensuring they meet objectives within scope, budget, and timeline while collaborating across a global organization.
What You'll Do
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements, drive success, and build positive relationships.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, taking proactive measures to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sessions to improve future program execution.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide clear project updates to diverse audiences.
- Build consensus among stakeholders with varying interests and navigate disagreements to find solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfil customer requirements.

- Good project management skills, specifically for information technology projects.
- Moderate level of experience overseeing standard IT projects through the full life cycle.
- Moderate level of demonstrable experience in a similar position within a global organization.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence stakeholders with confidence and assertiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
- Relevant ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making skills and business acumen.
- Moderate level of project management stakeholder engagement experience.
- Ability to establish and manage processes through collaboration and business understanding.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project / Program Management or a related field.
- Relevant Project / Program Certification(s).
