About the Role
This position is responsible for managing internal IT projects from initiation through completion, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of internal technology projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource estimates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust as needed
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate documentation for all project phases
- Facilitate regular status meetings with team and leadership
- Track budgets and control project expenditures
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments efficiently
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders promptly
- Apply standardized project management methodologies
- Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design inputs
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives
- Use project management tools to track tasks and timelines
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when required
- Promote consistent use of project governance frameworks
- Drive accountability across project team members
- Maintain focus on user adoption and operational readiness
- Support integration of new systems with existing infrastructure
- Coordinate testing and validation activities
- Assist in defining success metrics for project evaluation
